Building Celebration & the Opening of the Autumn–Winter Season

Natural plastering and a new moon breathwork journey

Two days at Mosaic to celebrate what we have built and to open the autumn–winter season together. By day, our hands in the clay, learning to protect a real building with natural plaster. On Friday evening, under the new moon, we lie down and breathe. Come for one day or for both.

The building we’re going to finish

From the first foundations laid out on the cleared ground to walls raised in earth and clay, this building has grown by hand, season by season. Over these two days we give it its next layer: a natural plaster that protects the walls from rain and wind, and makes them beautiful.

Portrait of Cilia, who guides the breathwork journey

Come and breathe yourself alive.

Cilia, your guide for the breath

On the evening of the new moon we open the season with the breath. Not as a technique to master, but as a celebration: a practice to open the body, wake the senses, and come back into contact with how alive we actually are.

We lie down together, the music rises, and the breath grows fuller and freer. Feelings that usually wait in the background get room to move: joy, tears, laughter, a tingling warmth, a deep quiet. Whatever comes is welcome, and nothing needs to be understood.

Afterwards we rest, land, and share the evening. A way to honour what we have built together, and to step into the autumn with more aliveness in the body.

If you are pregnant, or live with epilepsy, a heart condition or a psychiatric diagnosis, write to us before you come. We’d rather talk first.
