Purpose Driven Entrepreneurship Residency
Eight weeks of bringing your work into the world, through the gifts you carry and the support of a small group of edge-walkers
This residency is a dedicated time for self-actualisation through the gifts each of us brings into the world. For eight weeks we turn our full attention to our work and our businesses: how we want to establish them, or what the next step in their evolution is asking of us.

Along the way we keep asking what game we are actually playing with money: what happens when what we want to expand is not only income, but our gifts, our inner alignment and the quality of the relationships we live inside.
The residency holds two movements at once. A weekly rhythm gives structure and shared ground, and inside it each person's own work unfolds, supported by the group, the land, and the practices we offer one another.
Value, What we offer, and what it is worth.

How it is held
A mastermind at the centre, a coworking space at the heart
The core inquiry is held by Archie del Ray, who leads the mastermind across the eight weeks. That is the through-line: a weekly space where each participant brings their project, receives the group's full attention, and leaves with a next step.
Everyone here is also a host. We ask each participant to offer one session a month, a mini-workshop, a body practice, an event, and to show up in the mastermind as a catalyst for everyone else's growth.
At the heart of it all is the coworking space. We nurture it with our work, and it gives back an environment full of collaboration, inspiration and a can-do attitude.
The structure below is a starting point, not something set in stone.
The weekly rhythm
How a week moves

Monday to Friday · the days the residency shares
Monday
Mapping the Field
A check-in among the spaceholders to sense where the group is, name what is alive, and set the intention for the week.
Beyond the week
What is fixed
The days above give the week its shape. These run underneath it, every week of the residency.
Every day
The soup rota
Rather than a fixed communal dinner, a soup moves through the week: each person takes a turn cooking, so there is always a pot ready before 19:00 for whoever needs it. Those who want to eat together meet at seven; the rest simply help themselves.
Every day, around 20:00
Fifteen minutes of harmonising
A short cleaning and tidying action we do together, so the shared spaces stay clean without anyone carrying it alone.
Weekends
Gatherings and celebrations
The weekends stay open for what wants to happen: shared evenings, events, and at least one temple night during the residency.
Ongoing
Men's and women's circles
Alongside the shared programme, the group meets in a men's circle and a women's circle. The men's circle already carries a regular ice bath as part of its practice.

The land as a teacher
Four hours a week with the land
Mosaic is a land-based project, and we have chosen not to have employees doing the work of the land. Those who live here care for it. So alongside the monthly contribution, we ask each participant for four hours a week with the land.
Part of it is simple maintenance, the ordinary work of keeping a place alive. But we intend it as more than a chore. Over the eight weeks we will explore how working with the land supports what is moving in the mastermind: how an ecosystem actually functions, how its members share and exchange resources, and what that teaches us about the human ecosystems we are building, in our businesses and here.

Hosting framework
What it costs to be here
Every participant contributes €300 a month towards the project's maintenance and running costs, plus the accommodation they choose. Prices are per person, per month, and food is not included.
Your own campervan
Electricity, water and the shared spaces.
€150 a month
A room in a shared house
€200 a month
A self-contained space with its own water and kitchen
€500 a month
Food is organised by each participant. For those who want it, we can arrange a weekly box of organic vegetables and do part of the shopping together: the longer you stay, the more this makes sense, and over two months it becomes the natural way to do things.

Things we are still deciding
- Which morning the ocean session lands on.
- Whether one of those mornings becomes a hike along the Rota Vicentina, the trail that follows the cliffs of this coast.
- Whether each offering runs weekly, once, or in rotation across the eight weeks.
- Whether the Shabbat evening is open to guests, or by personal invitation only.
Come and play a different game
Places are limited and each one is agreed in conversation. Write to us with a little about your project and what you would want from these eight weeks.
