Navigator

Fem

Fem is one of those people who can hold space for a deep emotional process, point out a rare bird, go on a hike on the land, lead a singing circle, and still somehow make sure the thing that needed to happen actually happens.

Her path has taken her through many worlds: studying Management of International Social Challenges, diving into radical expression and creation, volunteering in refugee camps, travelling solo across thousands of miles in Asia and Australia, hiking, hitchhiking, moving in whatever sustainable way she could find, and supporting peace summits dedicated to real conflict resolution.

So yes, she has some real drive in her. But not just in the “let’s have a good time together” kind of way. More in the “I’m sure we are capable of far more complex, deep and exciting ways of living and relating with life in all its forms” kind of way. So, basically, a badass fairy.

Fem first fell in love with community while living in an intentional community in Australia, and she hasn’t stopped exploring new ways of living since. Inner work, embodiment, and human expansion are at the centre of that exploration.

She used to help run an organisation for somatic trauma healing and inner work called ‘Grow Up’. And she dreams of soon guiding inner journeys of her own: spaces where people can go deep into their healing and still feel held, with room to feel, move, laugh, sing, cry, play, and discover something more true.

She is also deeply connected to nature and the beings that live around her: trees, frogs, insects, wild boars, and especially birds. Legend says she has mapped more than 90% of the birds living on the land. Alongside this, she carries a vivid artistic lens. Colours, painting, design, dressing up, music, and beauty are all part of her language.

One of Fem’s clearest qualities is integrity. When she says something, she means it. Her words, feelings, and actions walk in the same direction, which makes her a reliable and anchoring presence.

In Mosaic, Fem brings softness with backbone, freedom with follow-through, and a kind of colourful assertiveness. She reminds us that community is not only something we build. It’s a committed relationship with the unknown.
