Fem

Fem is one of those people who can talk about conflict transformation, point out a rare bird, paint something colorful, sing beautifully, and still somehow make sure the thing that needed to happen actually happens.

She brings to Mosaic a love for people, nature, beauty, embodiment, and meaningful change. Her path has taken her through many worlds: studying Management of International Social Challenges, diving into radical expression and creation, volunteering in refugee camps, traveling solo across thousands of miles in Asia and Australia, hiking, hitchhiking, moving in whatever sustainable way she could find, and supporting peace summits dedicated to real conflict resolution.

So yes, she has a real thing for peace. But not in a vague “let’s all just be nice” kind of way. More in the “how do humans actually meet each other when things are complex?” kind of way. So, basically, a badass fairy.

Fem first fell in love with community while living in an intentional community in Australia. Since then, she has been curious about new ways of relating. If you ask her why, she might simply say: let’s create more courage, more rawness, more play, more love, more aliveness, and more trust.

Today, she manages a somatic work facilitation course called Grow Up, and is passionate about inner work, emotional processes, embodiment, and human expansion. She dreams of facilitating her own processes in the near future, creating spaces where people can go deep and still feel held — where there is room to feel, move, laugh, sing, cry, play, and discover something true.

Fem is also deeply connected to nature and to the beings that live around her: trees, frogs, insects, wild boars, and especially birds. Legend says she has mapped more than 90% of the birds living on the land. Alongside this, she carries a vivid artistic world — color, painting, design, dressing up, music, and beauty are all very much part of her language.

One of Fem’s clearest qualities is integrity. When she says something, she means it. Her words, feelings, and actions tend to walk in the same direction, which makes her a deeply reliable and anchoring presence.

In Mosaic, Fem brings softness with backbone, freedom with follow-through, and a kind of colorful assertiveness. She helps remind us that community is not only something we build — it’s a committed relationship with the unknown.
