Oren
Oren has travelled solo on foot for ten months, lived in ashrams across India, taught himself digital marketing and built a business from scratch, led the Youth Council of Jerusalem and worked to build bridges between Palestinians and Israelis, and moved to Barcelona for a multi-year study taught entirely in Spanish without knowing a word of the language; this human clearly chooses courage over certainty and exploration over comfort.
A deep love for all the different colours of life, combined with his drive to keep evolving, also led him inward: he dedicated five years to studying theatre as a tool for inner transformation.
The skills he developed through theatre, his sensitivity, and the depth of love he is able to reflect back to people have made him a guide and companion on inner journeys. With a keen eye for the unique beauty and potential in others, he uses coaching, exploration and honest reflection to empower people by helping them access and embody the gifts they carry inside, so they can truly touch the world with them.
It helps that he also happens to be a very charming human who is able to hold up powerful and challenging mirrors while somehow managing to make people laugh.
As a re-founder of Mosaic, Oren is right in his element; it’s the most powerful playground he’s found so far for boldly directing his intelligence and creative power into service of both individual and collective alignment. He brings clarity and direction, a talent for turning vision into reality, and a passion for designing tools: online systems, decision-making models, apps and collaboration frameworks.
Looking ahead, Oren intends to create tools that empower people far beyond Mosaic, to keep growing as a facilitator of individual and collective transformation, and to become a leader whose voice can unite.
At the heart of his path is the thread that runs from Jerusalem to Mosaic: bridging divisions, both between people and between each of us and all we can be, on the way to creating paradise on Earth.
This is a big vision, but held by someone who knows he’s still finding his way. Oren meets his own blind spots with honesty and humour. His path is full of questions, learning, doubting and slowly discovering what he doesn’t yet see as he grows into the person this vision asks him to be.
