A field of co-creation
WELCOME ON-BOARD (AARG!)
Joining the indescribable journey of navigating the Mosaic ship together with us.

Overview
We see Mosaic not merely as a place, but as a living field of practice, a Relational Dojo. A place where we explore what becomes possible when people learn to relate differently to themselves, to one another, to land, to resources, to power, and to the future.
Each role represents a different relationship with the ecosystem.
None is inherently better than another. Each represents a different expression of care and responsibility. People may move between roles as their capacity, availability, interests, and stage of life evolve.
Vision
What you may be stepping into.
Mosaic is not a retreat, a workshop, or a finished community. It is a living inquiry and an ongoing act of co-creation: what you find here depends as much on what you bring as on what already exists.
Life & rhythm
The rhythm of a co-creator's week.
Unlike a visit or a co-living stay, joining means stepping into a fuller weekly rhythm. It is the most structure Mosaic asks of anyone, and the deepest way to help shape what we're building together.

Monday
Captain Meeting
Those holding domains come together to sense the whole, align on what matters, and take responsibility for the week ahead.
Culture
Guiding stars
The qualities of being we feel called to embody together. They describe who we are at our best, independent of situation. They are aspirational and must be recognizable in behavior.
Star 01 of 07
Willingness
The courage to show up fully for ourselves, each other, and nature; to stay present when things become uncomfortable; to meet relationships and conflicts as invitations to grow beyond separation.
Field impressions
Relating, in practice.
Moments from the research, between people, body, land, and material.
Roles
A Larger Spectrum of Participation
We like to offer ourselves and our wider network a larger spectrum of ways to participate, from simply visiting to helping shape the future of Mosaic.
At Mosaic, roles are not identities or positions to achieve. They are archetypes, different ways of participating in the life of the ecosystem. Rather than defining who you are, they help make visible how you are choosing to relate, contribute and take responsibility at a given moment.
We intentionally work with multiple roles because no human being is only one thing. Throughout a day, a season or a chapter of life, we naturally move between observing, learning, leading, supporting, caring and creating. By consciously stepping into different archetypes, we develop a broader range of capacities, gain empathy for the perspectives of others, and avoid becoming attached or entrapped to a single identity or position. The aim is not to climb a hierarchy, but to cultivate the awareness and flexibility to embody the role that best serves the moment.
Application
Becoming a co-creator.
Becoming a co-creator is a real conversation, not a checkout. Three steps, each one a chance for both sides to sense whether the resonance is true.

Application
You share who you are and what draws you here through a deeper application. This is where we begin to sense mutual resonance, not a filter to pass, but the start of a real conversation.

Port 2 of 3
Interview & meeting
A longer, more elaborate conversation than a visit. We meet each other honestly, explore the resonance, and look together at whether the conditions are right, for you and for us.

Step into shaping the village
Joining asks for courage: to be seen, to commit, to co-create something that does not fully exist yet. If you feel the pull, trust it enough for one honest conversation.
"Mostly, we are looking for people with heart, humour, maturity, initiative, and enough self-awareness to know that building a new culture probably also means continuously rebuilding oneself along the way."
